I use Paint.NET for editing. It's a pretty good freeware and the next best thing to Photoshop imo. What do you use?

I use photoshop but I prob use about 2% of what it can actually do lol cheers for that link I norm just use deviantart

I don't know if it is any use to you, but here's the link to how I make the borders. Maybe you can adapt the steps to the tools of Photoshops or something. ^^
