iIt actually makes sense she could travel from her world to ours with no trouble at all and would know how dangerous it would be to let loose powerful magical beings on this world.

uhm so what do we have now, the person that put the spell around SB is not someone that is bound by SB when it was cursed, however they know about who the ppl in SB are and wants to protect the rest of the world from what they can do, and this person or group of ppl has the ability to put a spell around the whole town.

I still don't think it was someone who cast the spell. I think it was just the price Rumple paid for bringing magic back. The result trapped everyone in Storybrooke again. Only this time if they left they'd lose their memories of the Fairy Tale Land. So far there's no proof anyone else cast a spell. Regina & Rumple both didn't have the magic to cast that kind of spell at first. And the fairies still don't have their magic and with Cora in Fairy Tale Land there doesn't seem to be anyone who could cast it.

Now if they reveal someone did cast it that could work. But right now I'm still thinking it was the result of Rumple bringing back magic to storybrooke in the pilot. After all all magic comes with a price on this show and the price of bringing magic back trapped them there again which would make sense. Rumple got his powers back but is now unable to go look for Baelfire.

If the curse is broken there is no reason for them to remain trapped, and the stranger in New York got magically the message that the curse was broken,plus we know many others left FTL for this world before the curse given what the blue fairy said about both the magic beans and the magic wood of which there was only one remaining meaning the rest were used/spent by others. Given all that we have seem specially that damn strangerr in New York City tells me there is far more going on than simply being the price of magic. If that's the case why would anyone even worry or keep watch over it?

Yes. The curse broke. But Rumple brought magic to town afterwards. Maybe he brought a new curse or price because he brought magic back. That's my main theory. There's no on the show right now who'd want to cast that spell. Until I'm proven wrong that's what I believe.

Not to rain on your parade but you are ignoring quite a few facts.

1. The stranger in New York receiving the warning magically that the curse had been broken

2. The fact that obviously many, many others traveled to this world long before Baelfire did leaving only one magic bean and only one magic wood tree in all of FTL.

And on that note why would not those that came first such as the stranger would not want to keep dangerous magical beings from leaving Storybrook? There are other spoilers around that point to this, if you want to believe that it's simply the price everyone paid and not be open to other possibilities, oh well and mind you, the price of magic is always subject to the one that uses it not everyone or you for forgot that? if that's the case then only Rumpel alone would have been affected as he is the one that brought FTL magic to this world. Something tells me this world wasn't always without magic, Jefferson himself said in season 1 that this world needs magic but probably not the FTL magic Rumpel brought.

it has to be someone else and not rumple fault due to magic returning.
also we don't know if this spell already existed before the curse was broken, as they already didn't know about their FTL selves there was nothing to forget, if u get what i mean. we only know that bad things happened to ppl when they left SB, due to the curse but there's not real way of knowing if that too was in play during their cursed time in SB.

Yeah, but people who used the beans didn't necessarily come to our world. As we have seen, there are quite a few out there.
And I know that this is stretching things a bit, but what if the message wasn't sent magically, but that dove actually traveled all the way to NYC?
