Guest stars for this episode: Barbara Hershey (returning as the Evil Queen’s mother Cora), Sebastian Stan (as Jefferson), Sarah Bolger and Jamie Chung, plus Bailee Madison as young Snow White.

Also, TV Line is guessing this episode is "presumably a nod to how the Storybrooke residents now are cognizant of both existences they have led".

oo my well if cora, and young snow white is in it, i'm guessing that it could be possible to show us how regina got her magic, as in the promo pict, she doesn't look all evil queen just yet.

well unless the magic returning to Storybrooke put a new curse on the town Emma shouldn't be affected. She is the savior after all the one supposed to stop the curse. I figured she was immune from it like Mr. Gold and Regina are.
