Yeah,but it's not just Rumple. All the characters we met in FTL are still around and they haven't specified yet that they lived in different time periods.

Anyway, Rumple/Gold is a smart guy so I doubt he would think August was his son if he knew it would be impossible for Baelfire to still be alive after hundreds of years.

Yes it's his magic that keeps him form aging.
So hundreds of years passed before he even met Regina.

I think the rest of FTL people age normally unless they are also touched by magic.

However I believe the blue fairy went said Bae traveled through a portal of space and Time so I agree with Rumple

Also, it'd make the Blue Fairy at least as old as Rumpel.

Oh. Good point. I didn't think of that. Geppeto is an eldery man in the real world though while Archie is still around the same age he was in FTL which indicates that there is some sort of different aging system in FTL than the real world. The question is though why Archie didn't get older when Geppetto did and Gepetto was younger than him in FTL. Was it because he turned into a magical cricket that maybe didn't age?

So many questions. The writers need to explain the timeline of FTL and how the aging works there alreay.

Wouldn't that make Geppeto dead then by the time the curse was enacted though? Because wasn't it enacted centuries after he was a little boy?

How do we know that all residents of FTL don't have a lifespan of hundreds of years or that they're maybe even immortal unless they get killed?

here is what i think. Archie is the age he was when magic turned him into a bug, Gold is the age he was when he became the dark one. when each man was turned into something else with magic the human part was placed into a form a Suspended animation, so that when the magic was removed they reverted back to the way they were before the magic changed them.
